There he meets the little prince who comes from space and tells the pilot about his own planet. The prince's home is asteroid B612, no bigger than a house, where you can see as many as 44 sunsets in a day. He has come to earth on his tour of all the planets to make friends and get help to save his beloved rose.

On the trip between the planets, he has met the Queen who is sick of power, the businessman/woman who is lustful, the vain, and the drunkard who drinks to forget that he drinks. He comes to the conclusion that adults are strange. But the finest and most poetic story the prince tells the pilot is the one about the beautiful rose that he waters every day, that he talks to and spends time on, and that is precisely because of this special and beautiful
